ZAMBIA🇿🇲 19-year-old Zambian defender, Miguel Chaiwa was left out of the Chipolopolo squad because he has not played regularly for his team BSC Young Boys. It’s reported the Zambian national team coach, Avram Grant said the young player should fight for regular game time at his club for him to be called to the national team. The coach is quoted saying, “I will ask you; did you see him playing last year? How many people saw him playing last year with the Young Boys? Do you know how many games he played? Grant asked. “[He played] one game in the league and two games as a substitute in the Champions League. So I need to take players that are good in their club and play regularly or not regularly but are good for their club. I wish him all the best. When he starts playing [regularly] for his team, the door is open.”
