HOTEL COLLAPSES IN CHINA

A total of 14 people have been pulled out of the ruins of a hotel that collapsed in Suzhou, Jiangsu province on Monday July 12th.

In a video shared online, rescue workers can be seen searching for trapped people among the debris.
The hotel collapsed at around 3:30 pm on Monday. According to reports in state media, more than 500 rescuers have been sent to the site to search for those trapped. Sniffer dogs and life detectors have been employed.

It’s also confirmed that one person pulled out of the debris has died and four people remain missing.
The cause of the incident is under investigation.
